Outside of Hours Bookings: Early fees may apply for bookings prior to 7am and late fees may be charged for bookings after 7pm.

 

Cancellations: Please note we require a minimum of 48 hours notice for cancellations. A cancellation within the 48-hour timeframe would result in the loss of the 20% deposit required to secure your booking. Persons booked for and do not show up will be charged in full.

 

Wedding Cancellations: Cancellations made 8 weeks or more before your wedding will be refunded 50% of your deposit paid. Any cancellations within 8 weeks of your booking, the deposit is not refundable.

 

Travel & Parking Fees: We are able to travel to any location, in some situations a travel fee may apply. When parking at a hotel, valet parking or nearby parking costs will be charged to the client. Any costs will be quoted to you accurately upon booking.

 

Deposits: A 20% deposit is required to secure your booking. Deposits are non- refundable, however are transferrable in the event of a date change (subject to date availability).
